Flight Panels Purchases
If you purchased your products directly from Flight Panels via our online store (https://flightpanels.io), we'll send you an email each time an update is available to download. You can also download the latest versions of your profiles by logging in to your Flight Panels account at https://account.flightpanels.io.
Download Instructions
Enter the email address that you used to place your order
A 6 digit security code will be emailed to you, enter this where prompted
Navigate to 'Orders' on the top navigation bar (if required)
Select the relevant order by clicking on the order reference number
Click 'Download Now'
📧 We recommend that you whitelist flightpanels.io to prevent notification emails from ending up in your junk folder. If you can't find a message, please check your junk folder before reaching out to our support team.
Online Marketplaces
If you made your purchase at an online marketplace such as SimMarket or FlightSim.to, you'll need to be a little more patient, as these updates will typically be made available within 72 hours. Each respective marketplace will notify you through email.
FlightSim.to
To manually download the latest updates from FlightSim.to, navigate to 'My Purchases'. Please take note that you must be logged in with the account that you have used to purchase the product. In rare cases, it can take up to ten minutes until you can find the products in your My Purchases page. Should you require support for your FlightSim.to purchases, please contact them here.
SimMarket
To manually download the latest updates from SimMarket, navigate to 'Purchase History'. All your products and downloads are stored in your account and you can download and redownload your files at any time. Should you require support for your SimMarket purchases, please contact them here.
