Generating Support Logs

  1. Exit the companion app (via the system tray if auto-start is enabled) and re-launch
  2. Enable the application's debug mode as instructed by our support team
  3. Replicate the issue that you're experiencing, i.e. triggering a problematic feature
  4. Disable debug mode by repeating Step 2
  5. Navigate to %LocalAppData%\Flight Panels\companion-app
  6. Copy any debug* log files and share them with support
